This Sweepstakes is sponsored by C2Acct, Inc., 400 E 12th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501. The prize is provided by Ricoh, Inc. Ricoh is not the administrator of this Sweepstakes.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and U.S. territories who are at least 18 years of age and are accounting professionals or owners/employees of accounting or bookkeeping firms. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor and Ricoh are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Sweepstakes Period

Begins at 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) on February 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on April 30, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

How to Enter

Enter online at https://cpate.ch/scanner. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants must provide required contact and professional information and agree to the Official Rules and Privacy Policy. No purchase necessary.

Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Ricoh ScanSnap ix2500 Receipt Edition scanner. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $599 each. Total ARV: $1,198. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Winner Selection

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 30, 2026. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within fifteen (15) days. Failure to respond results in forfeiture and alternate selection.

Publicity

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, business name, and testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited.

Data Sharing & Marketing Consent

By entering, participants consent to sharing their information with Ricoh, Inc. for marketing purposes. Participants expressly consent to receive email marketing communications from C2Acct and Ricoh. Communications comply with CAN-SPAM and include unsubscribe mechanisms. Entrant data will not be sold beyond Ricoh.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and information regarding sharing of personal data under CCPA/CPRA by contacting Sponsor.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Entrants waive rights to class actions and jury trials. Arbitration governed by Kansas law.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor and Ricoh are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete entries, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or errors. Entrants release Sponsor and Ricoh from all liability related to participation or prize use.

Force Majeure

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if events beyond its control—including natural disasters, pandemics, fraud, or system failures—compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process or violate these Rules. Decisions of Sponsor are final.
